OWH Challenge

I have been motivated by challenges recently to create cards. So I am not doing an OWH Challenge using their card sketch. Click the link to see the sketch and Challenge. The dog is a stamp from my stash before I started noting who it was, I think it is a dollar stamp I picked up at Micheal's but I am really not sure. He is color with none other than Copics. (E31, E33, E13, BG15, BG72) Patterned paper is My minds eye Stella and Rose. And the brown strip is Stampin up rolling stamp, embossed on craft paper then distressed with tea dye, vintage photo and walnut stain and sprinkled with water. Enjoy.

Another card same color different feel

I made another card last night similar to the last one. Same stamp, same colors only I used My Minds eye paper The Stella and rose collection. The girl is colored with Copics (what else do I use lol) and the colors are Y35, Y15,R20, R22, R24, G21, G28 (these were using the touch method G28 never directly touched the paper) E50, E00, E01 (R20 again for her cheeks), E31, E37, E39 and YR14.  Then I admit I got my fingers inky when I stamps the sentiment and smeared the background so I color it with N2 and N4 to hide my oops. Here she is :)
I think she is cute, now I need to color some other images. I ordered some Krafin Kimmie stamps and I can't WAIT till they come in. Where I live I pretty much have to order EVERYTHING online and waiting for the shipping takes forever!! Ok I am being dramatic but time just seems to slow when you have fun things coming to you in the mail.

Fun Color Challenge

It has been so long since I have posted but I just completed a color challenge and thought I would share the results.
It turned out cute in my opinion. I used the digi from Sliekje. Then colored her with Copics. (R20,22,24)(G21,28)(N4,6)(E50,Y15,35,YR18) For the background I used Tim Holtz distress ink pads (LOVE THEM) colors were mustard seed, worn lipstick and crushed olive. The challenge was a bright pink, green and yellow I think I got close enough.
